◆ About · Est. 2009

Two friends. One Tajima. Seventeen years.

Stitch & Go started in 2009 when Marina Kessler and Theo Brand bought a used 6-needle Tajima off a tailor in Akron and set it up in Marina's garage. The first job was 24 polos for a youth soccer team.

Seventeen years later we run six multi-head machines out of a converted print shop in the Cleveland Flats, but we still answer every email ourselves and we still don't take an order we wouldn't be proud to wear.

◆ How we run

Three rules. We don't break them.

01

We answer every email

No tickets, no chatbots, no "your call is important to us." Marina or Theo replies, usually within four working hours.

02

We hand-fold every order

Every shirt, every hoodie, every cap. If something ships wrinkled, we did it wrong. We will fix it.

03

We never charge for digitizing

Other shops charge $40-80 to redraw your file as a stitch program. We absorb it. It's the right thing.
